My background spans architectural design and construction project management. In Toronto I have worked on large scale institutional and residential projects. Before that I spent six years managing construction delivery across retail, commercial and luxury residential projects, tracking budgets and schedules from start to handover. I also ran my own manufacturing business for several years, which gave me a practical understanding of operations and clients that still shapes how I work today.
I’ve worked in both design and construction roles, in small teams and large project environments. In Canada, I joined a major hospital team (30+ people) to learn local standards. Now I’m shifting back to construction, where most of my experience sits now.
